AI for Photographers Summit Terms & Conditions

By registering for the AI for Photographers Summit (the “Summit”), hosted by SYNC Rocks, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Access Levels & Replay Availability
• Free Access: Includes scheduled broadcast viewing of Summit sessions on October 2–3, 2025. No replay access is included. You may upgrade to a paid level at any time prior to replay expiration dates.
• Extended Access ($97): Includes scheduled broadcast viewing plus replay access through November 4, 2025.
• VIP Access ($197): Includes scheduled broadcast viewing plus replay access through February 28, 2026.
• If you upgrade after the Summit, replay access will still only be available until the stated expiration date for that level, regardless of your upgrade date.

2. No Refunds or Transfers
All registrations are final. No refunds, cancellations, or transfers of access will be granted for any reason.

3. Event Format
• All Summit sessions are pre-recorded presentations, which will be broadcast on schedule during October 2–3, 2025.
• Some speakers may participate in the comment section during their scheduled session; however, speaker participation is optional and not guaranteed.
• The Summit will be hosted exclusively inside the SYNC Circle community platform, and access requires creating or logging into a SYNC Circle account.

4. Account Responsibility
Summit access is for the registered individual only. Sharing login credentials or replay access with others is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property & Recording Prohibition
All session content, including but not limited to video recordings, slides, downloads, graphics, and discussions, are the exclusive property of SYNC Rocks and/or the individual speakers. You agree that you will not record, reproduce, distribute, share, or otherwise use any portion of the Summit without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use may result in immediate revocation of your Summit access within SYNC Circle without refund.

6. Educational Disclaimer
The Summit is for educational and informational purposes only. Presentations reflect the personal practices and experiences of individual speakers.
• SYNC Rocks does not provide warranties, guarantees, or promises of any specific results.
• Results may vary depending on individual circumstances, business models, and implementation.
• You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before adopting any AI tool, service, or process. This includes reviewing terms of service, pricing tiers, credit systems, privacy and data use policies, and other applicable considerations.
• SYNC Rocks does not provide or endorse free access to any AI tools or platforms mentioned.

7. Technical Issues Disclaimer
Attendees are responsible for their own internet connection, device compatibility, and access to the SYNC Circle platform. SYNC Rocks is not liable for technical difficulties that may prevent participation.

8. Speaker & Program Changes
SYNC Rocks reserves the right to change, substitute, or cancel any session, speaker, or program element at its discretion without notice.

9. Privacy & Community Participation
By participating in the Summit, you acknowledge that any comments or discussions you post within SYNC Circle may be visible to other attendees. SYNC Rocks may also record or capture portions of the Summit for promotional or educational purposes. You agree to abide by the SYNC Circle community guidelines and code of conduct.

10. Third-Party Tools & Vendors
References to third-party tools, services, or vendors are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement. Any business relationship you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that provider.

11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, you agree to hold harmless and release SYNC Rocks, its founders, employees, contractors, partners, and speakers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to your participation in the Summit, including but not limited to your use of any AI tool or business process discussed.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
